Kia ora koutou,

Originally from Palmerston North, and having spent various periods living in (and away from) the Wellington region over the years, we settled in Whitby about a decade ago. Married to Katrina, we are blessed to have two amazing boys, Jackson and Finnlay, and a labradoodle named Odie.

As someone who is passionate about our vibrant little community, and a believer in the approach our school takes in growing our children into happy and confident kids, I am delighted (and honoured) to have the opportunity to support the school and wider community by working alongside the current board members and principal to ensure the best possible outcome for our tamariki.

In my professional life I am a Chartered Accountant and Partner at Grant Thornton New Zealand where I also hold several governance and risk management roles. I value the opportunity to contribute any expertise I can offer to ensuring our school has a transparent and future focused approach to governance for a school that remains focused on being at the heart of our community.
